OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor. The Sterlings Wild West Live Mini Giveaways (the "Promotion") are sponsored by Parable Motion Pictures, 5139 W 925 N, West Point, Utah 84015 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is administered by the Sponsor.
2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Agreement to Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
4. Promotion Period. Each Starlings Wild West Live Mini Giveaway begins following the conclusion of the prior week's live drawing and continues until the live drawing conducted on the following Wednesday evening (the "Promotion Period"). The live broadcast will last no longer than sixty (60) minutes and no less than fifteen (15) minutes. All entries expire immediately upon conclusion of the applicable live drawing and do not carry over to future promotions.
5. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may receive entries by purchasing products (digital or physical) from www.sterlingswildwest.com. To enter without making a purchase, eligible individuals must complete the Alternate Method of Entry ||form|| available via the Official Rules page during the Promotion Period. The AMOE process requires entrants to provide full and accurate personal information.
6. Winner Selection and Live Claim Requirement. One (1) potential winner will be selected during each live broadcast via a randomized digital selection method. The drawing will be conducted live during the broadcast. The selected entrant must be present during the live broadcast and must confirm their presence by commenting in the live chat when prompted.
7. Prize. Each Promotion will award one (1) prize — typically a physical product (e.g., electronics or similar items) with an approximate retail value around $500. At Sponsor's discretion, a confirmed winner may elect to receive a cash alternative equal to approximately one-quarter (1/4) of the stated prize value.
8. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. The designated code word for the current Promotion Period is: Sterlings Wild West 002.
9. Winner Notification and Verification. Winners are primarily identified and notified during the live broadcast. Sponsor reserves the right to attempt additional contact via phone, email, or other means if necessary.
10. Prize Delivery. Prizes will be shipped to the confirmed winner's provided address within approximately thirty (30) days of verification. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures.
14. Sponsor Rights and Technical Disruptions. Sponsor reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel a drawing; restart or reschedule a live broadcast; change the broadcast platform; or select alternate winners.
15. Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent methods, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.
16. Disputes. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by arbitration conducted in the State of Utah. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
17. Winners List and Rules. A copy of these Official Rules and/or the identity of winners may be obtained by visiting www.sterlingswildwest.com.
18. Acknowledgment. By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
