Recurring monthly donations
When you choose a recurring monthly donation, you authorize Sterlings Wild West Foundation and its payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the amount and billing frequency disclosed at checkout. Recurring donations continue until you cancel.
Your recurring donation continues across giveaway campaigns. The end of a vehicle giveaway or weekly mini giveaway does not automatically cancel your recurring donation or stop future charges.
How to cancel
To stop future charges, log in to your account, open your recurring donation or subscription management options, and complete the cancellation process before your next scheduled charge. Confirm in your account that the recurring donation has been canceled.
You are responsible for completing cancellation through your account. Emailing us does not itself cancel your recurring donation and does not guarantee that we can cancel it or prevent an upcoming charge. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops upcoming recurring charges. It does not reverse a donation already charged, even if you cancel later on the same day. For example, if your monthly donation is processed today and you cancel afterward, today's donation remains completed and future recurring charges stop.
Valid giveaway entries associated with completed donations remain subject to the applicable Official Rules. Canceling does not remove those entries or extend their validity beyond the applicable campaign or drawing.
Refunds
Completed donations are nonrefundable, except for an error made by us, an unauthorized charge, or where required by law. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund or a prorated refund for any portion of a billing period. See our Refund Policy.
Campaigns and entries
We conduct successive vehicle giveaway campaigns and weekly mini giveaways. Entries associated with each qualifying recurring donation are governed by the applicable campaign materials and Official Rules. Campaign dates, prizes, entry allocations, and participation requirements may differ. Continuing a recurring donation does not carry expired entries into a new campaign or guarantee any prize.
No merchandise, physical product, or digital download is guaranteed with a recurring donation. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win; free entry methods are described in the applicable Official Rules.
Changes and failed payments
Any changes to recurring donation amounts or billing terms will be disclosed before they take effect, with notice and consent where required by law. Future campaign details are governed by their own Official Rules.
If a payment fails while your recurring donation is active, we may retry the authorized payment. If payment cannot be completed, the recurring arrangement may be suspended or canceled. A failed payment does not establish a completed donation or a right to donation-associated entries.
