Refund policy

Donations are final

Sterlings Wild West Foundation accepts one-time and recurring charitable donations. Donations are nonrefundable, except for an error made by us, an unauthorized charge, or where a refund is required by law. We do not sell merchandise, and donations do not entitle donors to physical products or guaranteed digital downloads. Product returns, exchanges, replacements, and store credit do not apply.

Payment errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe we processed a donation incorrectly, including a duplicate charge caused by our error, or you did not authorize a charge, contact hello@sterlingswildwest.com promptly. Include the name and email used for the donation, the transaction reference if available, the date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not email full payment-card details or account passwords.

We will review the transaction and correct confirmed errors or unauthorized charges, including issuing an appropriate refund where applicable. A refund request does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law or your right to report an unauthorized transaction to your payment provider.

Recurring donations

Cancel recurring donations by logging in to your account and completing the subscription cancellation process before your next scheduled charge. Sending an email does not complete cancellation or guarantee that we can stop a scheduled charge.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not reverse a charge already processed, including one processed earlier on the day you cancel. Completed donations remain subject to this refund policy; there are no prorated refunds for a partial billing period.

Giveaway entries

Canceling future recurring donations does not remove valid entries associated with completed donations. Those entries remain subject to the applicable giveaway's Official Rules, including its entry period, eligibility requirements, and any disqualification provisions. This policy does not extend entries into another campaign or drawing. Any treatment of entries associated with a refunded or unauthorized transaction is governed by the applicable Official Rules and the sweepstakes administrator.
