Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We do not accept returns.
All items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, which means we are unable to restock or resell returned products. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless there is an issue with your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or size due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide photo proof of the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds for these cases.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items where the correct product and size were delivered as ordered

Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If we made an error with your order (wrong item or size sent), we will replace it. Otherwise, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and product at checkout.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
In rare situations where a replacement cannot be fulfilled, we may issue store credit at our discretion. If issued, store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and benefits will continue until that time.
We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including partial billing periods.
Giveaway Entries
Orders may include promotional giveaway entries.
Once entries are issued, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for this reason.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will provide a replacement.
If your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. A new order must be placed.
