All items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Carrier service interruptions

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after fulfillment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit (not marked delivered): We will provide a replacement

  • Marked as delivered: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

We recommend checking with your local carrier and surrounding area if your package is marked as delivered but not received.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for replacement or refund

  • A new order must be placed


Multiple Shipments

Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered and fulfillment locations.
